Engagement: The level of commitment and support, both internally and externally, devoted to continuing the outcome(s).Partnerships: The mutually beneficial interactions in which individuals, both internally and externally, share knowledge, resources and expertise for continued success of the outcome(s).Planning: The first steps of sustainability including assessing the needs, identifying resources, determining funding strategies, identifying partners, and developing goals for the future for the outcome(s).Role Clarity: The identification of the various roles, duties, and tasks, involved to promote sustainable outcome(s).1-30%: The likelihood of sustainability is low.
